Direct Care Staff
Responsible for providing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities a productive and independent lifestyle through positive role modeling, assisting with daily living skills and providing community involvement.


House Managers
Oversees the operations of one community residential home, while working a scheduled shift, allowing for “hands on” management and providing immediate problem solving.


Regional Program Directors
Along with a team of MH/MR professionals, Regional Program Directors develop the individual support plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and oversee the implementation of the plans. Also interacts and maintains contact with families/advocates, outside agencies, and others involved in the individuals’ lives. Responsible for coordinating House Managers and acting as an agency representative as assigned.


Regional Health Managers (RN or LPN)
Regional Health Managers assess and monitor health care needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as oversee medical appointment scheduling. Regional Health Managers also visit individuals in their community residential homes on a monthly basis and attends quarterly/annual progress reviews, completes monthly statistics and maintains medical forms.


Pharmacists
Responsible for filling all prescriptions for a closed-door pharmacy, along with clinical screening of medications for allergies and drug interactions, and organizing work flow to meet deadline.


Pharmacy Technicians
Responsible for documenting and packaging medication orders and assisting with the 28-day medication exchange.


Pharmacy Drivers
Responsible for the timely delivery of packaged medication orders to residential settings and/or agencies serviced by the pharmacy.
